Laurie Mankin, PMP | Senior Director, Monitoring and Compliance
Ms. Mankin has more than 20 years of experience with day-to-day program operations management, project management, information technology (IT) system requirements development, business process improvement, grant management, proposal development, and budgetary oversight. She currently serves in a senior leadership role for Danya’s contract to provide program support and facilities inspections for the Juvenile and Family Residential Management Unit within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She oversees all contract activities including program management, facility inspections, subject matter experts, and technical assistance. She previously served in a senior leadership role on Danya's Office of Head Start National Monitoring System Support contract, overseeing the field data collectors, training, communications, and IT system requirements design and implementation.
Prior to joining Danya in 2007, Ms. Mankin supported numerous projects for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs including grant peer review, the National Drug Court Training and Technical Assistance Program, and the National Criminal Justice Reference Service.
Ms. Mankin holds a B.A. in Justice from American University, and Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
